Terrific variety, great flavors, and excellent service. I was very happy that our waiter pointed out the large party gratuity that was added to our bill for a party of 6 - it's a great policy as long as it is clearly stated, as they do at Andina. I'm only sorry I didn't leave room for dessert - the menu looked lovely.

Outstanding, friendly service. Excellent cocktails. Delicious, memorable food. (Try the octopus, it's seriously amazing!) We've dined at Andina twice and are looking forward to the next time we have an opportunity to visit.

Amazing food! So fresh, delicious, and beautiful. Love their wine selection and they cocktails are great. Spanish guitar on the weekends and always busy. When I there no matter how busy I don’t even notice because I’m enjoying the food so much. Beautiful environment. Recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re a foodie like me.

This lovely restaurant serves Peruvian tapas. I went along with a group of friends for dinner, and we had a great time. Our waiter was called Matteo, and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. I loved the Chicharron pork bites and the fillet steak - delicious.

Some of the best food and service I've ever encountered! This restaurant is lively and elegant while remaining welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the complimentary octopus tentacle appetizer they provided! It was completely unexpected, but somehow the bar staff was able to make us feel right at home. This place is a MUST VISIT in Portland.
