The food is good, the service was fast. The table we sat at was right at the kitchen, and the register. We also stood in the door way for about fifteen minutes waiting to be seated, while there were empty table's. I think they were reserved. We will go back there again. The prices are fair, but the steak's were cut very thin for the cost.

The food is really good. Especially the steak. They've got some awards on the walls for best steak in Alabama, as well as best catfish in Alabama. I've also heard the quail is really good. The seating can get a little oddly cramped when it's busy because it appears to be popular for parties, so the layout gets weird. But on the flip side, this is a good place for large groups. They've got an upstairs that I think is used to accommodate large groups. At any rate, this place is awesome and you should definitely try it out. It's worth the drive out into the middle of nowhere.

Never had a bad steak there. And we hit it regularly. Not too pricey for the amount of food you get. We always have a to go box. Good people good food.

A little out of the way, but worth the drive. Reasonable prices and great food in a rustic atmosphere
