Only been there once but the time I was there was a great experience on very polite I don't want to being race into it but a lot of places where I go where the majority of the community is white I do get treat a little different but there wasn't the case they've treated me just as polite as any other customer that walk through the door

The Jack's that I will never eat at again is the one in Gadsden/Attalla where a manager on duty was so incredibly rude to me and acted like their mistake on my order was my fault for not being specific and more clear in my "mumbling" as she called it, voice. I have never been so insulted in all my life! Her employee told me her name was Roper. That must be her last name. She is a true born evil witch!!! When I said I wouldn't be back, she said, "whah" under her breath, but I still heard her.

The last time I ate bfast there mine and my families biscuits were very dry. They didn't attach the receipt to my order so when I called they asked if I had a receipt, I said no, and the management said sorry but I'm not able to help you... So save your receipts people unless you want to eat a dried up biscuit..
