We had an excellent experience on our last trip to this Cracker Barrel location. It wasn't crowded, not really sure why, so the staff was very attentive and friendly. They have really expanded their menu recently, there was a lot of things we weren't used to seeing and weren't expecting. The food didn't come quite as fast as we might have been used to from other Cracker Barrel locations but when it did get there it was great. Kids were happy, their food was great too. All around a wonderful experience. Not the cleanest Cracker Barrel we have been in and the gift shop is a little bit packed so it's hard to navigate. That being said, if you're going here you know what you're getting.

Disappointed this Saturday night. Food was cold, bread was never served, other parts of our orders were left off and there was no refills for coffee. Overall, we would have been better going to either the Golden Corral. In the past the food and the service were pretty good but last night wasn't one of those nights. We will go back and give them another try,but not for 3 or 4 months. Pell City and Leeds are much better choices.

Our waitress was wonderful. The food (as always) was amazing. This is our favorite restaurant. It's incredibly nostalgic and I love the old southern vibe it has. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating.

When you are craving comfort food this is the place. The turnip greens are just fantastic but don’t forget to ask for the pepper sauce. As busy as they always are if you order the veg plate or the daily special you can generally get in and out in 30 min or less. I had the turkey and dressing this last time and it was very good but their country fried steak meal with the white gravy is the way to go.

Terrible, terrible experience. Visited on a Thursday evening, the restaurant was not empty, but nowhere near full. Four seated at a table and ordered fairly simple meals. Most complicated item was fried catfish. The food took over two hours to be brought to the table, and about 1 1/2 hours to have our drinks refilled once. The waitress visited our table a total of three times, two of which were to being food and drink, the third being to seat us. When we received our check, she says to us "Sorry about the wait. I know y'all was impatient, because I heard people telling me bout y'all. " [sic] . Overall rude waitress and bad experience.
