First time at Jack's, gotta say it wasn't a bad experience. Food was good, service was good, building was clean. The only downside for me was the seasoning on the fries, not that it was bad, just not what I was expecting and at times it was a bit too much. I had never heard of Jack's before, but if I am in the area again, I would not hesitate to stop here and try more items from the menu. They serve fried chicken as well, so it's not just a burger joint. There are several locations in northern Alabama, many of which are in the I65 corridor, which makes for easy access for interstate travelers. I look forward to returning to a Jack's restaurant in the future.

Great food, but a long wait. Not sure if it was usually busy because of the traffic backup on the expressway due to the accident, or the catering order that was bring picked up. Regardless, it was not terrible, the food was good and the staff was friendly given the incredibly high volume.

Good place to get a late dinner. Burgers were hot and delicious. Employee at drive thru was nice and polite. Parking lot was extremely clean. Easy to get in and out from the highway. The fries were cold and most of them were small and too hard to chew.

Was in store #205 Sunday the 4, at 3:15, the young lady who waited on me never smiled, never said how can I serve you never said have a nice day. I got a milk shake I was order number 49. I watch as they made my shake and 3others. No one never had gloves on. In saying this because I'm a servsafe instructor, and yes I threw my milk shake away. Just thought you would want to know. The young lady who waited on me used the register next to the ice cream. Saw several violation. Thanks Sandy
