This is the worst Moe's that we have ever been to. The food was mediocre, and the portion was the smallest that we have ever paid for at a Moe's. We were not greeted with the signature "Welcome to Moe's" greeting that they normally greet their customers with. Then the person that took my families's order was not very friendly at all. Moving on down line, the next person who started assembling our burritos only would put a pinch, literally of the toppings that we would request on our burritos. We were however given an extra basket of chips to give to our young child. *Thanks for that* I guess the topping on the cake that upset us the worse about this place is that when my daughter had to go to the restroom, we had to go and request to be given a key from the cashier in order to use the women's restroom. She is a young child and had to use it a couple of times during our visit and we had to ask for the key each time. Not the best way to treat a paying customer. I asked the reason behind this and the manager said it was because of the alcoholics that come in and use their facilities from next door's package store???!?!. We will not be giving this Moe's our patronage again!!

My fiancée and I tried to dine at Moe’s in Enterprise, Al on 4-10-2018 @aproximately 6:20 pm. There were only two tables in the restaurant occupied with customers eating and nobody in line ordering food when we entered the restaurant. There were three employees behind the counter, yet nobody greeted us at all. We had questions about the menu and were waiting patiently to order as nobody offered to take our order. My fiancée even jested that it was like we were invisible. Finally after a few minutes had passed we gave up and made our way back towards the way we entered the restaurant, still with no words from staff. They just watched us walk out. I guess they don’t need the business. We went right next door to Firehouse Subs and were greeted immediately as we entered their restaurant. Wow! Amazing .

Not too bad. Wasn't impressed with the amount of meat they put on the burrito but the flavor was good. Free chips and salsa selection is pretty cool. Plenty of employees on staff made for no wait time. I'm still confused by the menu names.. Funny yet really weird at the same time.

No 'welcome to Moes' and there were no fresh tomatoes, cilantro and very little sour cream. Staff was interested in their own conversation and never made eye contact.
