Very easy place to identify and get to from the interstate. The restrooms were clean and stocked. There's loads of cute stuff to look at and its a great place to get something local or find souvenirs. The treats are what the place is famous for. They have all sorts of candies..most of them with pecans, a hot bar for lunch, ice cream by the scoop, and prepared casseroles and whole cakes and pies in the freezer.

This has been a staple of my travels to the coast as a child. This place is always busy every time I visit here and I am amazed that this local business has been able to stay open for at least the past 25 years. They operate similarly to The Cracker Barrel with a gift shop on one side and eatery on the other. They have excellent homemade sweets. My only complaint is they are kind of pricey.

Priesters is a great place to stop! The food is good. The gift shop is large and varied. And with free pecan candy samples along with free coffee it's hard to beat! Plus you can go up stairs and look down into the kitchen as the candy and pies are being made!

Never disappoints. Best, freshest pecan roll. Fantastic ice cream, gifts galore. It's not a "stop"; it's a destination. Watched candy making in process. Great experience!

I always stop at Priester's while traveling through Alabama to Atlanta. The coffee is delicious and there are always samples of the wonderful candies and pecan treats they sell. It's hard to choose what to buy since there are so many delicious varieties. They do have a buffet, ice cream, dips and frozen pies and casseroles for sale. The gift shop is nice! Great place to stop on 1-65!
