Great place for a Cajun flavor. It's very busy over lunch but the staff is attentive and friendly. The food is very good! It does get quite loud when busy so conversations are kinda hard to have... But that's nothing to do with the quality of the restaurant. It's busy for a good reason!!! Get there early and enjoy the food!!!!

Be prepared to bump elbows with your table mates! Very small dinning area, but that's part if the fun. Staff is very friendly and appears to genuinely care about their customers. Coming from someone who rarely eats fish and is a very picky eater, their catfish is the best in town! Breading and flavor was perfect- the skin needed to be shaved better. Side of fries, their French bread, and the tea I ordered were all pretty standard in flavor. Would definitely recommend- it's a fun place!

Seafood platter is always perfect. This may be my favorite restaurant in the state when it comes down to atmosphere, price, quality, people, etc. If you’ve never been, just try it. Seafood platter - $14 Blackened Grouper Fried Shrimp Fried Oysters Hush puppies Cole slaw French Fries Note: This restaurant doesn’t have a soda fountain, so you pay by the can. I suggest getting sweet tea if you’re a big fatty like me. It’s usually comparable to McDonald’s (syrup consistency) so go half and half if needed.

I am Cajun and I live in Huntsville now. I can say that the Po Boy Factory is authentic real cajun food. It is like eating at Grandma's house on the bayou. Awesome Food and very friendly service.

I love the food and the chill vibe. Service can be slow sometimes, so don't expect a quick in-and-out lunch. Seafood is on point.
