Casa Blanca is the best Mexican food in all of northern Alabama. Their salsa and chips are perfect blend of tomatoes and spices. They have some unique dishes that I haven't found d anywhere else. Hula Hula nachos are a favorite for my family. Huge portion sizes so try sharing or prepare to take some home with you! Great service!

We used to go there often as Casa Blanca but apparently it sold to someone else and they renamed it Old Mexico Cantina. Food tastes exactly the same but service wasn't as good as it used to be. Our food all came out at different times and we had a hard time finding our waiter the entire sitting. I asked for the check and a carryout box and waited for 15 minutes. Finally I went to the register and asked to pay my bill and left the food on the table. With the abundant Mexican food choices we have in Madison we probably won't be back to this place again.

Casa Blanca always feels like a shrug. It doesn't make me excited, but I don't leave disappointed. The food is pretty good. There are better places, but there are far more worse places. The one thing it definitely has is dependability. If you find something you like, it'll be the same every time you go back. There's something to be said about that. The service is anything but dependable, though. Sometimes it's great, other times it's not. They're rarely unhappy, just inattentive.

Awesome restaurant. Great quality food at reasonable prices. I will come here next time I'm in the area.

The food was good. The service was okay. There was 11 if us and only half of us got our food and the rest had to wait 10 more minutes. Also, we did not get a complete meal right away, tortillas were missing and orders were not right.
