I already knew that I liked this place, normally having the chicken clay pot. I recently had the DS8. Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) and I am in love. I am literally still thinking about it from yesterday. I can't wait to go back and have it again. Is the day after too soon? I had something similar at a place in Houston, which was also phenomenal, but it had thicker chunks of more stew like meat. The beef in this was thinner sliced and didn't appear to be as slow cooked (it still had thin parts of fat that hadn't yet dissolved like slow cooked stew tends to do). That is the only difference I can think of that would have made this perfect. I still don' care, I'll eat the crud out of it again :-)

They have good food. I think they judge a little bit racially, but. It's good food.

Saigon has large portions of lovely food. I got the seafood clear noodle soup, which was fantastic. They bring you a side plate of herbs, bean sprouts, and jalapenos to allow you to add your own preferential flair to the dish, which was fantastic. The bowl of soup was huge, and I ended up taking half of it to go.

We have been several times on different days at different times. It's always delicious with fast service. Clay pots are our favorite.

Favorite Vietnamese in town. Always hard for me to decide between their clay pots and the pho. My co-workers and I go quite often and have never been disappointed.
