If you want service that is extremely lacking in any urgency or teamwork than this is your place. Given two chances, I've noticed team members standing Aaron's not helping each other while the person at Station 1 seemed to be the slowest. While they did adhere to the "Welcome to Moe's" mantra you hear from other locations, the work ethic and swiftness of other franchises was severely lacking. The cleanliness of the lobby did help but impatient patrons waiting in line for over twenty minutes did not help their overall image. While the manager did a great job serving me when I waa up, I felt he should have been watching his line to help. When I arrived I had six people in front of me at 12:41 pm. I did not get to Station 1 until 1:17pm. For a Moe's this seems very slow!

The service was outstanding. I liked the sauce selection, and with a kids meal I felt like I got more than my money's worth. However, the burrito itself was lacking in flavor. It was definitely food. The condiments tasted canned. But the staff was SO GREAT I would eat there again and try something different. Thanks guys!!!!

Customer service is everything to me and when I came here I was not welcomed at all and the workers seemed mad at the world.... also the tomatoes squishy .
