I went on Friday for one of the international dinners. The theme was Indian, and it was absolutely amazing. I had never eaten Indian before, so I was a little leery, but I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Everything was impeccably cooked, and all of the staff were super friendly. Definitely will be going back again.

The food was good and authentic. The atmosphere was modern, warm, and inviting. The chef serves you and comes around to your table to ensure you are enjoying your food. Every meal is served with dessert and everything is healthy. I had honey chicken, sweet potato, collard greens, cabbage, and salad. But there were several more options to choose from. The portions are a but on the smaller side, but it is filling.

We were in town visiting from Denver and were looking for a local restaurant open for breakfast - this place was amazing and walking distance from many of the shops downtown. Janet, the owner, was so kind and explained her method of preparing her Venezuelan breakfast for us. Highly recommend the Arepas.

We needed to eat lunch this past Sunday. Found D'Road by asking at the Rosa Parks Museum. After a disaster dinner somewhere else the night before, we were pleasantly surprised with the organic fare and the menu. We just missed the Sunday brunch crowd but loved Janett's food! Made from scratch and love, we could tell. She even grinds her own organic corn for the breads. A somewhat limited menu but it is delicious! My wife and I call ourselves "foodies" but we try to eat healthy, organic food wherever we go. The cafe was slow so believe we "lucked" out by getting good service and the owner, Janett even came to our table a couple of times. We will be back when visiting next time.
