The people that work there have the WORST attitudes!! EVEN THE MANAGERS!! Went through the DT and order food. My order was wrong so I got out to go have it done right. THE MANAGER rolled her eyes and snatched the food from the cashier and says it can’t be done wrong because I made it. Throws the bag back at the cashier and says here give this bag back to her. When I asked for my money back instead the manager says she can’t do refunds unless her district manager was there and then says that the district manager is out on vacation. Like what company does not give refunds if you are not satisfied with the product?!?

Drive Thru service is terrible! It's slow! Today I got a bacon double burger of some kind instead of the Southwest Avocado Chicken Sandwich I ordered. Last week I got the wrong drink (AGAIN!). Employees are having too much fun to serve the customer.

My son and I picked up dinner there through the drive thru after a basketball game last night. We expected the usual “I hate to be working here, you are annoying me” attitude that I have come to expect from fast food restaurants. However, the cashier was one of the friendliest people we have ever met! It was a very unexpected surprise. My son even suggested that we always go there because she was “so nice.” I wish I knew her name, because I want her to be recognized as someone who truly stood out! God bless her!

I go here very often, and it never really impressed me. We have limited number of places to eat so I make do. At night, they turn off all the lights so it looks closed, even though it's open until 2am. Last night specifically, the fries looked and tasted like they were about 6 hours old and microwaved.

Very poor restaurant. I ordered the $5 chicken tenders dinner which is what I got. I was not handed a receipt and I checked my bank account an hour later to find I was charged $15.26 instead of the $5.50 I was expecting. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He refused to help me unless I had a receipt. I tried to explain it to him and again got the "there's nothing I can do unless you have a receipt". This Wendy's has lost my business for good and maybe the restaurant in general. Both he and the cashier were very rude ad I made a bad decision to visit this location. Lesson learned.
