Have been here three times. Service has been terrible all three. Placed a to go order and it took forever to receive it, single employee in the dining room/cooking area, phone ringing off the hook. Tried placing a to go order using their app hoping for a better experience and they hadn’t started preparing it when I arrived almost an hour later. Just placed an order for pickup on Waitr. Had to message support when they hadn’t acknowledged the order 45 minutes later. When I arrived to pickup the order an hour after placing it, they handed me a bag with a cold sandwich and no fries. Employee had to ask for help from another employee who dropped my fries in the fryer and then asked me to return to the register to pay for my order - that was pre-paid. No apology offered in any of those instances.

BooNah!🐂💩Deserves a zero. Got completely ignored for the better part of 10 minutes. Went across the street to Buffalo Phil's to eat for the second time today, cuz I guess a full service bartender is less busy than the dude walking around doing absolutely nothing except avoiding eye contact.

A bit pricey, better than some burger places price wise though. I really enjoyed it! Everything fresh made to order, juicy burger, much better than what I expected. Fries are great and hot. They also have chicken and a veggie burger. Didn't try the shakes but they looked good. Good service. Will definitely come back!

Food too pricey and an employee named Lori was real nasty & rude. Today I went to order some food and she was rushing my order with an attitude and gave me my food in a disrespectful way. The thing is the place was not even that busy I was the only customer.

I thought the burger and fries were excellent. Staff was friendly. I keep reading in other reviews that this place was pricey. We ordered the Burger, Fry, Drink special for $8.99 which I tbought was very reasonable. Didn't spend any more for family of 4 than I do at 5 guys. Maybe, if no special it is pricey.
