First time I have even been in Jack's and got crappy service. The store was not busy at all, one person was ordering when I walked in, after his order I was never acknowledged and the employee walked off. I stood there for almost four minutes before someone came and took my order. At this point I had to wait seven minutes to get my bigger jack combo. Atleast my order was correct but the poor lady that ordered after me was still there waiting for her order, I had time to sit down, eat, and put my tray back up and was leaving and she was still standing there at the counter. Also while I was sitting down eating, several employees were fussing over what needed to be done and cooked. Overall this was my first bad experience with any Jack's but this will will keep me away from this location 😟

Recently the South experienced snow, yes snow, even though we were for warned I was sick of soup. I started at one of town to the other, 90 percent of business were closed and enjoying a day off. Jacks on pepperall was open and a staff of 4 counting a manager ,I ordered 2 burgers with fries and was out the door in 4 minutes. I thank them and promised that Jacks had my support from now on!!! I went through the drive through last night (11/19) and paid 10 bucks for 3 tiny little chicken tenders, soggy fries and a chicken sandwich that I didnt even eat because instead of asking they assumed I wanted spicy. Save your money and get food somewhere else. I'm sure you can find a fast service restaurant with more bang for your buck.
