The service was good and the food🍕 was great! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is out for a good family outing!

I used the online purchase option and was informed that my order would be ready in 15 to 25 minutes. I arrived for pickup 30 minutes later to learn that my pizza was not yet ready and that it would be appropriately 25 more minutes. The manager informed me that online order system was wrong and should indicate 45 to 50 minutes. I could not understand how this restaurant with the few customers I saw present could take that long to make one pizza. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this delay, for whatever the reason, is just poor service. Sorry. 😩

I waited over an hour for two medium pizzas and wings. Called in and they did t even have arecord of my order. Delivery man showed up 30 minutes later with only wings. Desperately needs management that cares. No wonder papa johns gets better reviews.

If I could leave a review with negative stars I would! This place is a effing joke and needs to disappear! We ordered pizza and wings on their app. When it arrived, the wings were not delivered, no big deal, we'll call and go pick them up. My wife called the store, again, no big deal... We live about 2 miles from the place. I hear the manager barking at my wife like a dog over the phone. I get the phone from her and asked what was going on. He proceeded to bark at me and tell us we were lying and didn't order wings. I then took the receipt to the store. He still insisted, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM THE RECEIPT, that we didn't order wings. He then told me to get out of his store. This is the MANAGER, he's been there for I know 20 years or more. Every one I know has had this type of experience with them over the years and he still had a job some how... Anyway, I left after a few words were exchanged. When I got in my jeep, 4 of his employees walked out of the door talking trash to me. Threatening to "whoop my a$%". Well I'm always up for a little challenge, I'm 6'9, 310lbs... Well I get out and walk around the jeep, 3 of the guys who haven't seen me yet back up onto the sidewalk and reconsider their plans... The other just stands there and asks what I'm gonna do... After begging said individual to out his hands on me, he didn't... Guess they are used to bullying people and them just taking it. Anyway... This is the most Got Awfully ran and managed place I've ever seen. Upper management will not do anything at all about the situation or the worthless thugs they have working there. Oh and if I didn't mind going to jail, I'd walk in that place and wreck evert one of those wanna be gangstas in that place and laugh while doing it!

We ordered two pizzas for dinner. Got home and realize there was no cheese on the pizza. We called to speak to someone to see about bringing them back and getting replacements. When they answered the phone we said could we please speak to a manager, they hung up on us. We weren’t mad but assumed that it was just a cell service problem. Called back and someone answered, said they were the manager. We told them about the pizzas and in a harsh tone said “bring them here” and hung up. We were appalled by the rude tone from a manager. When we arrived back at the store, the host greeted us and said they would get the manager. We heard her yell in the back and said someone needs to speak to you, the manager yelled from the back “no”. The host walks back there then few minutes later comes up front and says she will be just a minute. We stood up front for 25 minutes and no manager. The host then said she was not coming. We are furious at the customer service this restaurant has provided.
