I usually have a great experience at Jacks in Roanoke, AL, but today when I went through the drive threw my label on my lid was marked with Diet Coke and I told the lady I needed regular coke and some young girl with an attitude said very rudely, “It is coke, it’s just marked wrong.” And I let it slide and didn’t say anything back. While I was waiting on my food, I heard the same girl say that she don’t need this job at jacks and that she had plenty lined up and she can have an attitude if she wants to, which is far from the truth. Very bad experience today due to people not caring and being appreciative of their job!

This morning when we first got there all was good. Not long after that one of their employees came in an all you heard was her complaining and every time she talked she had to add a cuss word. Not everyone likes to hear those words and I feel like in a work place they should be respectful to others that are there.
