We ate here for my husbands birthday last night. We don’t eat here often, only when we want a good steak. Sadly, the past 2 times we have eaten at this Longhorn the food hasn’t been great. Last night, none of our steaks were cooked correctly. There were 4 of us and all 4 of us ordered steaks. 3 were over cooked and 1 was undercooked. All 4 steaks were very tough! The sides were okay but not great. Our waitress was friendly but wasn’t good about collecting used dishes. Salad bowls and bread plates were stacked in the corner because she didn’t take them. My husband talked to a manager, mostly about the steaks. The manager said he “wished he could solve the problem” but made zero effort to do so. He admitted to purchasing less quality meat to explain the toughness, but yet the menu price is still high!! The manager apologized but made no effort to rectify the situation afterwords, but suggested we should’ve said something during the meal. The reason we did not say anything during the meal was because it was a Birthday dinner and we didn’t want to insult our family who was paying for dinner. We received 2 star quality at a 5 star price. Recommendation: avoid this overpriced steakhouse and go to Texas Roadhouse or Logan’s!!

$8 for a house margarita that tasted like pure mixer...hardly NO ALCOHOL in it. Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there. The only good thing is my steak was warm and cooked to my request.

Well first we had too wait packed house lol. We were greeted by Kristen drinks and appetizers order, all service was delivered with a smile, and jokes. As we thumb between the menu deciding what to hot bread and apps made it to the table. Fried pickles and chill cheese fries delighted all seven of us. I order the flat iron creamed spinach and salad. All we're great we'll season and cooked to order, but the real winner was my daughter Mac and cheese. We decided on desserts the kids loved the peanut butter mousse Manson jars, and I shared a dark chocolate lava cake with Ice cream. All together we ordered 2 strip steakes, cowboy pork chops, 2 burgers, a flat iron and the Parmesan crusted chicken. Everything was wonderful and we were able to talk to the manager Gabriel how good things were tonight.

Went here for lunch with colleagues. Not sure if short staffed, or what was wrong but service was extremely slow. For lunch, it took us an hour and a half from start to finish and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The food was good, but service so slow it made the experience bitter.
