This Arby's location is dated and needs a remodel. The last few times eating here, the staff was not very friendly and the dining area and bathrooms were dirty. Now I prefer to go to the Arby's location in adjacent Opelika which is cleaner and the staff is friendlier. Love the real onion rings and the fish sandwich when they have the fish on limited basis.

Clean dining area and restroom. 98 Health Dept score. Double beef & cheddar delicious. Prompt service. No Veteran Discount but Senior drink available

My food was fine but the menu posted behind the sever is confusing and makes no mention of specials. No where near the counter are these posted. The result for the customer is a feeling of FOBO. ..so after I ordered had I known there were specials I could have chosen the special and saved myself 5 dollars. Arby's would do themselves a favor to simplify and promote their promotions.

Cashier was not nice at all, actually took her a minute after standing at the register with us at the register before she ever said can I help you. She acted as if she hated waiting on us, sorry we drove off the interstate to this Arby's. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap and ended up getting a sandwich instead. So I probably won't get off the interstate and drive that far off the exit again to go to this Arby's again, I will have plenty of other options to choose from before I get to this Arby's!! Not great customer service at all with this employee, who was signed in the register as a guy and she definitely didn't look at a guy.

Great buggers some of the best I've ever had. Give the mushroom Swiss burger a try
