Great. Food great. Order correctly filled. Wait not long.

What a bad experience. I was on the way to a doctor appointment and we were running early so my husband decided to pull into McDonald's and get a quick bite. He decided to go inside and get the food because the drive-thru was packed. He went inside and after waiting in line about 5 minutes they finally took his order and then it seemed as if they forgot about him. Another 5 minutes goes by and they hand him his order and he realizes they left an entire order out of it. They then tell him "oh hold on I think we're making some more" (he was missing french fries and chicken nuggets...two of the things that they sell the most of). After about 5 more minutes they finally give him his order and when he gets back in the car he realizes that they left and order of fries out but he was so frustrated that he didn't even go back in and ask for them despite having paid for them. *Step it up McDonald's! At the very least you should have hamburgers, fries and chicken nuggets available at ALL TIMES. 🤦

My bill was $3.58 at the drive through. I handed the man $20.58 (a bill, a quarter, 3 dimes, and 3 pennies) which I counted 3 times for exactness while I waited in line. The employee dumped 16 dollars and 90 cents in my hand with most of the change hitting the ground. Employee then said i gave him $16.48...... If that was true, which was not, and I had erred should not have informed me? Where would the logic be for me to give him change only for me to get back more change than I would have if I had used only dollars. And why dump the money like I had a bucket to catch it. And why give me attitude about it after the fact. This guy should not be at the window dealing with public, and his math skills should exclude him at register. But many times at this location they have other employees who have been less than desirable to deal with. Convenience aside, I am done with this particular location.

New fresh meat Quarter Pounder was hot and delicious. The young male manager is courteous, helpful, and actively supervising employees. I'll be back!
