Good food and I won a Corona cooler. Tuna salad my buddy got really skimped on the tuna though. Only like 6 small pieces of tuna but a huge salad. Nothing like the picture showed. Beer is good though and plenty of seating. Halibut tacos were great

I wanted to like this place. I did my research. I read reviews, looked at menus, compared it to other places in the area. This was extremely disappointing. I thought my food was bland and very overpriced. I ordered scallop and smoked salmon fettuccine. There were maybe 6 scallops (small ones) and a few lumps of smoked salmon. I will say, the scallops were good. The sauce was flavorless. I ended up taking it home and adding a few more ingredients. My husband's salmon was okay, but the sauce on top was not great, the rice was once again bland, and same for the vegetables. The positives: We had great service and the food came out very quickly. I thought it looked like a cool spot to grab a beer and maybe some sort of appetizer, but I would not order an actual dinner there again.

This review is for the Humpy's inside the ANC airport. Ordered the halibut fillet healthy option and a cup of their soup for the day.. when the waitress finally decided to ask for it, that is. We spent more time waiting to be served than eating. The waitress chose to first ask a gentleman that was ON THE PHONE for his order (which was already rude in itself) and to then clean tables before even deciding to come over and getting my order. The meal was pretty expensive considering the amount of food you get but I'll let that pass since it IS Alaska. Samantha, the name of the server according to the receipt, was quick to hand me the check but again took her time getting back to me. I was going to pay with a card at first but with how long she was ignoring me, I ended up doing cash just to make the transaction faster so I could make my flight. I approached her with the payment and asked if I could get an itemized receipt and she practically flicked the piece of paper at me with a snotty "What itemized receipt?!! There!!!" Ma'am, if you're not willing to serve, you are in the wrong business. Just saying. (But, yes, I still tipped her 15% despite the attitude because I'm nice like that.)

Good food, lots of great drink options, tons of beers on tap. Halibut chunks are a go to. Halibut tacos are great. Seat your self style place, can get busy, but worth the wait. Family friendly, but defiantly more focussed on adults. Still great even after all these years.

Great location to sample Alaskan style pub food and local beer. Self serve seating can be a bit tricky to learn, come early if you have a big group. Portions of food are generous and delicious. Decor is homey, some of the seats have seen better days.
