Went here on the morning of 4/22/18 and ordered biscuit with gravy and my biscuit came out burnt! We waited in line for almost 30 mins and seen at least 6 other cars pull off because of the wait! We got to the window and they had attitudes! My wife ordered my son French toast sticks that he could barely eat because they were too hard and his tarot tots came out burnt as well! My wife ordered a chicken biscuit but they gave us a plane one! The list goes on and on! If u guys can help it don't go to this place! It's a McDonald's across the street that will give u better service this place is a dump

Super super slow drive thru. Everytime I stop there while I'm in Fairbanks end up sitting there for 30-40 minutes watching my life drive on by. Only 3 vehicles in the drivethru Edit: And they also messed up on my order.

NASTY BATHROOMS. Great burgers but horrific cleanliness. We were here about 30 minutes cause my sugar bottomed out, but the soda spill in the dining room and BATHROOMS were not touched the whole time. I will try to post pics, cause yeah.

Every time I've been here it's taken 20-30 minutes to get food. Staff is nice enough, but they always seem understaffed. Definitely not fast food.

Four stars because it tends to be busy. Nice service, good cleanliness, and good food for a fast food place.
