I’ll start with the positive, the building is cute and the pizza looked good. However, for a simple dinner of three sandwiches, a salad and a kids pizza to take almost 2 hours to order, receive and to finally have someone get the check was awful. We saw our waitress once at the beginning who took our order 25 minutes after being seated and then she disappeared for the evening. Not once were we asked if our drinks were okay. We had to track down our own napkins and silverware and chase a bus girl to take the check so we could finally get out of there. The only reason we left a tip at all is because the people who ate with us brought toddlers and left the floor a mess. Which I feel terrible about. I always cleaned up after my kids at a restaurant. If it wasn’t for that I would have asked for my money back as the “baked steak sandwich” I received was nothing more than refrigerated meat warmed up and thrown on pizza dough. I couldn't feed it to my dog.

A group of 5 of us came in to get some food and beer. When we told them how many of us there were, we got attitude and was told, “yeahhh it’s going to be a wait.” The hostess gave us a hard time for even being there, as if we were a burden. We saw plenty of empty tables outside so we asked if we could sit out in the sun. Again, we got attitude as if that was a complicated question. So we got seated (inside), ordered an appetizer, our meals, and some beer. It took an entire hour to even get the appetizer. The entire visit was a nightmare. There were no table touches, we had no idea when our food was even going to arrive, and our server disappeared for a solid 20 minutes at one point. I’ve been in customer service, not the food industry but at the same time, this is not how you treat your customers. If you don’t mind the long wait time for food and poor customer service, I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food and brew. They have a brick fire oven for cooking. Very popular place and visiting Europeans frequent here in the summer. It's excellent for locals and visitors alike. The owners are brother and sister, and raised in the area.

The best lunch and beer spot in the Kenai Peninsula, particularly the beer! Don't miss it on your way through Soldotna!

This place is tied for my favorite brewery in Alaska. The pizza is in the top 3. It’s cozy, has great service and is located in a convenient space. Parking can be tough, and it most assuredly will be busy on Friday night and weekends. Will be visiting the area again in March.
