Stopped by after work to order a pizza to go, but they said they were closed. I called prior to make sure, and whoever I spoke to said they are open till midnight, and delivery till 2am. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding? Either way the shift manager was super nice, she gave me the special they had advertised online, and she made my pizza fast! After a long day of work, she made my evening that much better, and I didn't have to cook at 11 at night! Thanks!

The breadsticks were overcooked and the pizza was undercooked. And this has happened over the last 4 years, not one time have they got it right. I'm a lucky they can give my order right sometimes. I have nothing positive to say about them.

Okay, so I have not ordered from this company before, but today one of your drivers in a white car, not once but twice, began to run me off the road. This is ridiculous and I want to see something done about it. This man is flying your company name on his car while endangering others on the roads. Not saying a termination is necessary but you need to stress the importance of PAYING ATTENTION while he is driving. Thank you for your time.

Was very disappointed. Ordered two pizzas and both over cooked, dry, and one pizza had no pizza sauce. Good customer service though.

I ordered their Tuscan Tuesday special Chicken Alfredo.. I got 2 small trays. The other one was good and the other one was spolied. It has that funky smell and taste. I called their phone only to tell me that I have to pay $3.50 for a delivery fee. Gave me spolied food and will charge me delivery???? So I asked to be transferred to Dimond Store.. a lady answered and asked me What I want to do?? Ummm you served me spoiled food and will asked me what I want??.. she unfortunately transferred me to the corporate office... which did not really gave me an option to complain. Not good customer service especially if its their fault for serving spolief food.
