Prices are somewhat higher than surrounding restaurants, but service staff are friendly and helpful. However the day we chose to drop in, the female manager was extremely unprofessional choosing the exact moment when we were about to be seated, to publicly and uncomfortably reprimand her hostess for attempting to seat us prior to the return of her co-hostess. Personally I thought it would have been much easier for the manager to simply attend to the hostesses station for the 20-30 seconds it required then spoken to the hostess out of earshot of the patrons Shortly after our food arrived, we calmly pointed out to our server that the breadbowl in which one of our clam chowders had been served was visibly spotted with mold, and it was promptly whisked away. However the same unprofessional manager soon appeared to tell us that we were wrong, and that the fuzzy green dots, which were so obviously mold, were in fact something else. No further explanation was provided and no substitution offered. No credit was applied to our bill. The chowder was tasty as was the dunganess crab. Cleanliness was a solid 6 out of 10.

Ordered a pound of king crab and the halibut fish and chips and clam chowder. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very good clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl. Excellent King crab and very good snow crab. Chicken fingers so-so. Fries greasy and delicious. Prices geared toward cruise tourists, so it is moderately expensive. Good service.
