Fantastic place to eat. They went out of their way to find the right recipe for my wife who suffers from an autoimmune disease and is very limited to what ingredients she can have. Best pizza she has ever had.

The pre-made crust is simply awful. It has the texture of pilot bread and I honestly feel cheated by this place. I bought $70 worth of pizza that nobody wants to eat. I haven’t had their pizza in years, but I don’t remember the crust being like this. I don’t buy the “flat crust pizza” excuse either. Plenty of other places have “flat crust pizza” that is crispy on the bottom and chewy on top. The toppings were acceptable, but it takes good crust to make good pizza.

Really good pizza. A bunch of different specialty pizzas and, of course, build your own. We had a group of 6 and we did 3 large pizzas and it we had only a couple pieces left over. "T-Rex" is the meat lovers, "home on the range" is a classic style BBQ chicken, and "Alfredo something" was basically chicken alfredo on pizza. Not bad at all.

This is a wonderful restaurant. I have IBS and cannot have a multitude of things, and they catered to my specific diet. The chef made me a pizza from scratch, and even typed out the recipe for the awesome creation! I recommend this restaurant to anybody who has a love for pizza and has a special diet. Next time I’m back in Alaska visiting family, I’ll be sure to come back!!

Excellent pizza and service! If you want Fire Cooked Pie you must try Humdinger's. It is the best in Alaska. If you don't live in Palmer make the drive and you won't regret it.
