Ok seriously guys. Your old location was infinitely better than the new location. It's as if you up heaved all of your staff and managers and hired all new people. This place has gone so far downhill that I had an order that was wrong the day before, then yesterday my parents order was completely wrong and it was old rice, and so we went back to get a new one as they had already closed. Well tonight we went back and had it done right, well my order was then wrong with the same issue I'd had before. How hard is it to smother a burrito. You literally had one that was called a smothered burrito. I mean seriously. It's right there in the name.

Friendliest staff ever! Food was great and super quick. Only suggestion is that the drive through needs an entrance and exit sign.

Did you know that you can order online, and then pick it up through the drive-thru or walk-in? I didn't realize that was an option until last week, it was the first time I tried it. It turned out perfectly. They didn't make any mistakes on my order, told me what they had questions on, and then because I had already paid online, I got my food and sat down and ate right away. Ordering online, made getting the food so much faster than even going through the drive-thru. You can even see if it's ready to pick up yet, with the online portal. Give it a try, you might like it!

Good service but quality of food was not what I have had at other Taco Bell restaurants in the past

Drive thru lane is way too tight for those of us with big Alaska Trucks but service is always friendly and quick.
