one of the most interesting places to eat in the Valley. The menu rotates frequently, bringing another provocative dish. A particular favorite of mine being the carrot nachos. Consistently fresh and high quality ingredients make eating here really very exciting.

If you have a celiac disease or gluten intolerance, this place has ton of options (best donuts I've had since I was diagnosed with celiac!)... The entire facility is gluten free! They have multiple vegan and vegetarian options... Most importantly, everything is made fresh!

Today I had their breakfast burger. No joke? It was the best of this kind of burger I’ve had anywhere! The Alaskan grown country sausage has flavor unsurpassed. I’m going to be dreaming about this one! ;)

This is the best food in Alaska with one of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff I've seen since moving here. If you have allergies, COME HERE!!! Regardless of your diet, you will be well taken care of and leave happy :)

Although they have minimum staff, they have always been friendly, personable and attentive before, during and after our meals. They take the time to make small chat while taking orders in a lighthearted, small town manner. The establishment appears clean, well-managed and inviting. The owner is quite nice and down to earth. In the several times I've dined there, the food has always met or exceeded our expectations...fresh, well prepared, with appealing menu options. There's indoor seating, but I prefer the outdoor dining area on sunny days. If you go on a sunny day too, take advantage of it. It's relaxing to take in the open sky, sun and refreshing air while eating healthy, delicious fare. To add to the charm, there are strawberry beds next to the tables at table level and outdoor umbrellas over each table, giving it a city cafe feel in a suburban setting. The prices are moderate, but if you want fresh, high quality, (including gluten-free options), the saying, "You get what you pay for" holds true. All in all, it's always a dining pleasure and I will continue going there. I do wish they were open for longer hours, as we'd probably eat there more often in the evenings, but I understand that this is a privately owned business. Just glad they're there! Pictures next time!... :)
