Very slow service and ok food. Waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes or more, I would have left but they designed it so you get stuck in line

I went in tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich flame thrower and a small butterfinger blizzard. Food was great, cashier was ok but very poor customer service. The guy that made my blizzard was saying "he was tired of making ice cream, and wanted to kill himself" I then asked, hey are ya having a long day? He proceeded to say," well yeah, i have been here since 10am, now being 930 pm. I get it, you had a long day, but you work in customer service and you need to be nicer, and polite. I will not be returning to that dairyqueen. And I will inform my colleagues as well.

Pricy. Terrible service. Cashiers friends came in and she greeted them while I was asking where my shakes were...took twice as long for the shakes as the burger

My whole order was wrong! I called as soon as I got home and I live off KGB mile 19! They said I could come back and swap it out with what I originally ordered! But by the time I realized it my 2 children all ready started to eat it in the back seat!! DQ said they can't do anything about it because my 2 kids ate few chicken strips!! Check your order before you leave!

We go to DQ frequently because of their Blizzards (it’s a weakness lol), and if they weren’t so good, I’d never go back. The chick that’s always in the drive through (I’ll get her name next time and update this review) has some of the WORST repeated customer service I’ve ever had. When you order more than one item, ask her a question or pronounce something wrong, every single time she gives a major attitude and a lovely slew of words and noises consisting of “uggg”, “oh my god”, “seriously”, frustrated sighing, and/or (more so “and” over the “or”) grunting — yes, grunting. Every. Single. Time. I’m talking like once a week for over a year...eeek, approx. 50 encounters in over a year (again, blizzards are my weakness...don’t judge. Haha!) Today, I actually ordered food and I’m sad I did. I ordered a three piece chicken strip meal, and the chicken strips were the length of two quarters, and the width of one. It was pretty pathetic considering the last time I ordered them, they were 5-6 inches long - decent sized, and cheaper. But, I was already home, and tired, and not turning around. So, for maybe the second time in my life, I decided to resort to a review because after a year, it was about time. If you’re a blizzard addict like me, they know their stuff. But, don’t expect even moderately acceptable customer service if you run into this chick. And no, it’s not just me, I can hear her talking to the cars in front of me the same way... Also, I’ve had the pleasure of talking with a few of her coworkers when going through the drive thru, and they all agree and say she difficult to work with because she’s like that all of the time.
