The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond great customer service! A rare quality in this day and age. I'm extremely impressed and the food was done to perfection! THANK YOU and keep up the amazing work!

I’m not friends with employers nor work there. I ordered pizza out of the blue from Sicily’s and we absolutely love it. Have ordered from them 5 times and the pizzas are always great, and delivery is always timely. Only question I have is that I thought Calzone had sauce on them!? They were still good but I missed the marinera sauce.

I bought a pizza and 2 Liter on the 29th of March. The driver forgot my 2 liter and told me she would take it off credit card bill. I called the store to make sure and the dumbass's charged me for a second soda resulting in a hold on some of my money for over a week. They never refunded me my money and basically outright robbed me. The pizza was no better than those Totinno's pizzas you get from Walmart for a buck either. The short, dont buy from these thieves.

Ordered from here on several occasions. Pizza on night shift seems to be better than day shift. They make mistakes a lot though. I ordered extra cheese and didnt get extra cheese today. Also the Dough taste like soap today like they didn't rinse the pan good enough or something. Smells strongly of bleach. The other day I ordered sausages and got meatballs instead. They didnt call me to let me know they were out of sausages instead they just sent Meatballs and sauce. There biggest issue is that you cannot just call the actual store and talk to a real person that works there. They use a call center instead, most retarded thing you could ever do for a customer service driven business.
