I just ate here and had the duck pasta. It was absolutely incredible!! Service was friendly and took good care of me. Would eat here everyday if I could.

Delicious food and reasonably priced. Very friendly and attentive staff. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully crafted.

Called for information about this hotel and asked about them having a restaurant/bar and shuttle service to and from the airport and to the search hospital. I was assured these services were available. I called about a week later and made reservations from a Sunday to Wednesday. I let the desk clerk know when we would be arriving and was told the shuttle could bring us back to the hotel. Upon arriving in Sitka, I called the hotel and got no answer. About 15 minutes later I called again and asked for the shuttle because it was 45 minutes after the scheduled time for pickup. The desk clerk said that she couldn't get ahold of the driver and they had no service on Sunday's. We got a cab and ended up paying $10 for a ride that should have been free. Checked in and were on our way up to the room, and noticed a sign in the elevator that said the restaurant was closed Sunday thru Wednesday. So, the effort I made for these services to be available, were NOT! The room had 1 hangar, no phone book, no tv listings, paper cups that didn't fit the Kurieg coffee maker, and the phone didn't have a button for front desk. This didn't really matter because the desk clerk is only there from 8am to 8pm. We requested shuttle service in advance to the hospital and glad we gave ourselves extra time because it wasn't too reliable for drop offs or pickups. On Tuesday we requested the shuttle for 8am to the airport on Wednesday morning. All this is written on a board behind the counter. Needless to say, the driver was late.

Rude receptionist. Very slow service. Food good but over-priced. Suggest you overlook this dinner location. Try Ludwigs or Channel Club.

Lovely rooms, equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and a fridge. The staff are very pleasant and helpful! And the bar/Restaraunt they have is nice but a little expensive. Perfect location right next to the fort and all of downtown Sitka. Would stay again!
