The sushi portions were not well constructed, were way too small and they were very heavily overpriced. In my opinion, if they leaned more toward customer satisfaction by offering larger portions for less money, and increased the amount or training they gave their servers, they would have a very well rounded restaurant. It seems a lot of money was spent to ensure the restaurant looks high class but less thought was put into the menu. Side note, who puts a ball of rice next to an entree of Pad Thai Noodles? That's double starch and I didn't need the rice as I already had the noodles. I was going to rate only two stars, but other than the aformentioned, the Pad Thai was delicious.

We were pleasantly surprised by our first dinner at Basil Ginger. All of the food was excellent! The service was good, with our servers and other staff were very kind. The busy times you may want to reserve a table but we didn’t have to wait long. Happy with everything and most importantly the food. The Mai roll was excellent. All in all a very good experience and unlike other several places we’ve eaten at we didn’t wish we ate at home. Worth the money and a nice night out.

Really enjoyed our lunch here. Tasty food, great atmosphere, and their background music was awesome (classic rock instrumentals. Who can say no to queen and tuna rolls!?). Loved their cheese cake. Super tasty. Well worth being over stuffed.

Not only the best Asian food in the Valley, but the best restaurant in Wasilla by far. No Asian food in the Valley comes presented like this, or tastes as fresh. The decor is modern and clean. The staff was great. I'm glad we finally have a good restaurant in Wasilla because 90% of them are terrible. Great food, highly recommended.

Possibly one of the nicest restaurants in Wasilla. One of the only reasonable places to take a nice date without having to drive to Anchorage. A little on the speedy side, but the decor is very nice, the food is fantastic, and service is attentive without being invasive. I wish them continued success and hope we have more establishments like this rise in the valley. Very classy.
