EXCELLENT! My wife and I on our honeymoon were staying at their associated rooms (Mat-Su Resort) and came over to have a beverage and appetizer (Mac 'n' Cheese with King Crab) which was AMAZING!!! We had a few adult beverages of choice and then it was time for our dinner in the main dining room. Make a reservation for WINDOW SEATING and you'll be super excited. Friendly staff and a wonderful menu! I had the spare rib and my wife the halibut served with a wonderful bottle of wine. Dessert was also amazing. Would recommend and would go back. Just a wonderful experience and wonderful views! P.S. They even gave us a card with a little drawing of the mountains! So personal and so special on our honeymoon!

We hosted a surprise birthday party for 65 people and used The Loft venue. The staff and especially Tammy, the event manager, bent over backwards to help make our event a success. Prior to the event, I met with Chef Tyler and based on our event, he suggested several fun dinner options not found on their regular menu. We decided on the Fajita Bar, which was absolutely fabulous! The pulled chicken had an amazing flavor and the 15 other sides made it so fun for our guests to create their own tasty fajitas. The dessert chef Jenna made a custom two-tiered chocolate cake which was also wonderful. I sent her photos of the look I wanted and she did a great job in decorating. Couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Everett’s for a seamless experience. I highly recommend using them for your large events. They know how to please.

Bistro alcohol was way over priced. Shepards pie was good, under seasoned. Roasted beet salad was superbly presented and flavorful. Eating it proved as much work as just making it yourself from scratch. Wait staff was odd, attending but unfriendly. Desserts were way too expensive for ho hum items. If they could just make the food and the service as good as the view we would be regulars.

Mother's Day brunch. Reservation was 20 mins late ordered a beer in the bar. table was open before the beer showed up payment was awkward. Menu was lackluster at best. Not able to order off regular menu.vegan offerings on menu but not available on site. For how much money neeser dropped you think they would get a cook worth it. Restaurant waiter was nice and attentive. Bar waiter not good. General consensus is go some where else.
