Not too shabby. There is generally a wait in the mornings but it isn't too bad. It took a little while to get our breakfast but they were quite busy. The employees are all friendly and the manager is actively making the rounds. They have tons of pancake options which are all delicious and you can never go wrong with a crepe! If Breakfast isn't your thing, you can also get lunch/dinner food. Open 24/7!

Place was fairly empty upon entering for lunch at almost noon. The booth they sat us at had food underneath still and the seat hadn't been wiped off. Our drink order was taken right away and brought out quickly. When our food was brought out, we had to ask for utensils as none had been set out since our arrival. Food was good (pancakes and crepes) and server was polite.

We are arrived around 8:15 am and there was no Hostess to greet us! Waited 7 minutes for Hostess to come sit us. We were seated around 8:22am and our order wasn't taken until 8:35am. We got our meal around 8:55 am. My mother-in-law ordered coffee with her meal and was brought to her with no creamer and spoon. It took us 6 minutes to flag someone down to get what she needed. By this time I was out of my lemonade and ordered another refill. It never came until we got another server to help us! During all this...we witnessed 3 other tables leave in frustration. I would have left also, but felt guilty leaving after I had already ordered. You can believe, I was very tempt! I was very disappointed with the service. They get a 1 star rating, just because the meal was decent. They truly deserve a minus one rating. Will not be coming here again, anytime soon!

Went for a Sunday breakfast. Typically crowded. Our name wasn't called and we were passed over. Went to management, Francisco and he sat us asap. Our food arrived quickly, was hot, fresh, very delicious and don't get me started on the coffee. It was exceptionally good. When we asked for our bill Francisco came by personally, apologized, and comped our meal. That made a save of the rough start to our day. My favorite breakfast spot just got even better with great customer service. Thanks Francisco! 5 stars- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really bad service, went in a month ago and they gave me all my orders wrong, read them off to me correct but waitress insisted what we got was we ordered had to show her on menu what we had in front was not what she had written down, understand mistakes are made, but if I’m telling you orders wrong correct it. Gave us coffee once, asked for more coffee and creamer 4 times never got it. All this on top of waiting for about 2 hours, other people came and left before we had our food Was told by manager on shift next time we came in it would be on them since it was all wrong and that was their way to make it right. Go today to get said service and they now state it’s not on them but rather 25% off. Took their offer anyways since family was already there. Once again orders start coming out wrong, they claim they don’t have certain items, so ask for different in substitution, only to end up getting what they claim they didn’t have. Like what’s going on, major lack of communication among their staff. We also are missing items. At the end we didn’t get discount applied to have to ask again. Usually we go to black bear across the street, but only wanted ihop for their strawberry cream crepes, didn’t even get them because they gave me wrong kind of crepes after telling them 2 times what they brought me was wrong. Gave up on asking, definitely last time we visit them. Disappointed to say the least
