Absolutely love this place, not only was the Ribeye perfectly seasoned and cooked as ordered, but the crushed pineapple yams were sensational. The atmosphere was romantic, staff were friendly, professional and attentive! Soup was very well seasoned lots of real pieces of chicken, quality vegetables. It was so good I drank the broth, as I do when I make homemade soups; like my moms when I was a child.

My wife and I just ate dinner here tonight. Many Benson restaurants closed at 7:00, but Pablo's stayed open until 9:00. We had their special and thoroughly enjoyed it: an 8 oz. top sirloin with two sides for $13.99. Both of our sirloins were cooked exactly as we ordered, and they were very tasty. Excellent job of trimming. No extraneous fat at all, yet delicious. The star of the meal, though, was the homemade chicken and green chile soup. Fantastic! Jules, our waitress, told us they always have a homemade soup, so if tonight's is typical, then their soup alone is worth a visit. We'll be back.

Good steak house in Benson. Pork ribs are an excellent add on to a Steak dinner. Beer selection is ok. Mashed pineapple yams reminded me of Thanksgiving....yum !!!

Hi, it has been 2 years since I visited Tucson and made a side trip to Kartchner where I ran into this place. Well I happened to be in Tucson for the first time in 2 years and liked this place so much I drove the hour or so to Benson to eat at it again... omg IT GOT EVEN BETTER! The portions are large, the price is good and the food is Excellent. The service was excellent! Oh I was so Full and I had to take half of it home!
