So, I went here to get some burgers. 20 minutes after i ordered, the manager Valerie told us our order wasn't order on their screen. She told us to give her our receipt, so she could re-do the order. 15 minutes later after that, she brought our meal on trays, even tought we told the cashier when we were ordering that we wanted our food to go. I said i wanted a refund, but the manager "lost" our receipt. I still got my refund, in cash, but i lost 35 minutes of my day. Bad service.

This is my favorite fast food location in Sierra Vista AND they participate in United Mileage Plus Dining, a great opportunity to earn miles. Always clean, fresh and hot food.

I went through the drive thru around 1:00 am.no body was in the line or came after me. After placing my order, then waiting around 10 minutes. When I paid, they wouldn't take my coupon. Coupon doen't expire until 3/30/2018. So didn't get to use coupon! Finallly got my food. Asked for 2 peppermint brownies, of course they had None. Got home(about 3 minutes away. Food cold , French fries cooked in old grease and that fish sandwich, might Never eat one again! So much catsup and mayo on it, it was gross and got thrown away. What a waste of money. Never again!
