I loved this restaurant! The wait staff was so attentive and helpful when it came to the menu. I absolutely loved the murals on the walls and the lighting, it made for a really great atmosphere. The manager came out and introduced herself as we finished our meal, as well as everything being so delicious! This will definitely be a place we come back to!

Friday evening April 20th was our first time checking this place out. We saw the good reviews so thought we would make the trip to Florence from San Tan. The restaurant was a cozy nicely decorated little place and the food was decent other than the limited menu. The staff was the issue. When my wife and I walked in the door, the 3-4 female workers just stood there by the soda machine in a group staring at us. Not one smile not one hello or welcome. We got the impression immediately we were not wanted. The service from our waitress didn't get better throughout the night. By the way there were only 3 other tables there besides us so they weren't over worked. The blonde waitress and the girl she was training seemed awesome. Super friendly and cheery but the rest were miserable. I wish we could have gotten her instead of our waitress. We will not be returning due to the VERY poor service. We noticed the now hiring experienced waitresses sign on the door and we hope they are looking to replace most of their staff. I tipped accordingly.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant! Love everything about this place. Very friendly staff, it's clean, food is excellent & their margaritas are delicious! Indoor & outdoor dining, feels like Mexico!

I am happy! Congrats on making a great comeback. I stopped comming here because the quality dipped way down but has recovered very nicely. Keep up the L&B traditional fare and business will continue to draw in the out of town crowd who come through Florence looking forward to their Stop at L&B!

Good little spot for Mexican food. Good selection, good portions. Great staff. Only downside was there was no hotter salsa available, salsa is just a little spicier than ketchup.
