Where to begin....the waitress, though well intentioned was very touchy and her perfume too strong for me who has sensitivities to chemicals and fragrances. She was all over the place with small talk then rushing when ordering, but with a smile😊 If that makes sense. Food took forever. Then forgot drinks and condiments. She had too many tables it seemed. Salt shakers on ours and neighboring tables were empty. Shrimp was NASTY. Was supposed to be crunchy, it was moist and had no taste. Families dinner plates were unremarkable as well. No flavor , looks like food but surprise, it's not. Bartender put her hands on the top of the glass while pouring water( gross) serving with their hair down. Don't waste your money. For 60 dollar bill we could have had much better. I will not be back, ever. And bathrooms were also nasty. P.S pretty sure the angry Angela down below is a bad waitress or employee.

Went for lunch today.. the ribs were so bad I wouldn't even take them to give to my dog. Way over cooked and just a bad flavor. We also got double crunchy shrimp which tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The waitress was nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed. I wont be back

Service is usually acceptable, and food is good. Prices have crept up but their specials help. Even though they are owned by Ihop who always accepts senior discounts, Applebee's will reluctantly accept a request.

I've eaten here quite a few times, and have only ever had a few very minor issues that were easily, and very politely, remedied. Whenever there has been any sort of an issue at all...which will inevitably happen since, after all, 'to err is human' and so are all Applebee's employees, they've apologetically fixed it immediately with no questions asked. Nobody is perfect and mistakes happen everywhere, all of the time. You complainers and whiners are just as imperfect as the rest of us so don't think your whining is fooling anyone. People make mistakes. Give them a damn break! It's when correcting that mistake turns into an issue, then you have a right to complain and whine about it. Gmafb. Must be horribly tiring to have to pretend that you are so perfect all of the time. I'd venture to say that it's also highly irritating to anyone around you to have to play in that charade with you. Something for you to consider...wouldn't it be nice to have people love/like you for who you are rather than for who you are not? Not perfect. That's what you are. Stop whining and buck up, crybabies.

Service good tonight. Menus have been updated. Prices are not the best for the quality, but I do like this spot for happy hour from 3 to 6 mon-fri and everyday after 9pm.
