Our server, Guy, was great. Really friendly and attentive. Our food, however, was not good. My wife ordered the salmon which was very dry and cooked too long. I ordered the rib eye steak and let me tell you about this steak. It’s 10 ounces and $32. The rib eye is about half an inch thick and tastes like something you’d buy in discount at Safeway. I ordered mine medium well but when it got to me it had no pink in the center. The second attempt was cooked correctly but there’s really no way to salvage a cut of meat that is as poor as this one. If I’m going to spend $32 on a steak dinner I would hope it would be better than what you could get at Waffle House, in this case I’d choose Waffle House. The salvageable parts were the sides. The mashed potatoes were great and the grilled Brussel sprouts were incredible. Oh and they’ve got a really good house vinaigrette sauce for their salad but unfortunately the lettuce tasted almost rubbery and the vegetables were nearly frozen. All in all I personally would recommend staying far away from the steak and going with something easier like a burger or something. For the price there’s plenty of other restaurants around that are far better. Maybe it was an off night for the cook or maybe just a bad batch of meat. Others have said great things about this place so who’s to really say, I just wanted to share my experience.

I was on the river, the Green and the Colorado, for months. Best breakfast bar, best coffee, best service of the entire trip.

Expensive and overly salty food. The chef needs to test his/her palate or sample the food frequently. If you have high blood pressure, watch what you order.

Honestly, we were a little worried about the meal after reading reviews but it was amazing! We’re from Manhattan and thought the atmosphere, service and food were all on point. If you have any doubts, don’t - it exceeded our expectations.

food is delicious, but the place is a bit uptight for our liking
