I have been to Blanco several times and after today I will never go back. There were over 30 tables open in the restaurant at 4:30pm the hostess said there was no way she could seat us because of reservations. We said we would be in and out in 30 minutes and she still refused. The food was at best edible. Ordered the combo fajitas and the steak was so chewy we couldn’t swallow it. The bartenders were great but everything else about this place was wrong. When we went to leave there were still at least 20 open tables. New hostesses needed, these ladies don’t know what they are doing.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. I got the mahi tacos with corn tortillas. For $15 I expected the tortillas to be fresh and double upped as is traditional, however they tasted like week old dry store bought variety. The salsa that was served with chips seemed like a rip off of the recipe from Chili's (you know the Tex Mex chain). My server was either in love with his job way too much, or judging by the dialated pupils had taken something to help his day go by. Need to stop making Mexican food for snow birds.

Very tasty food and Margarita's. Veronica was our server, and did a very good job. The portion size was ok, no left-overs for average eaters. Churros were fresh, warm and had excellent flavor. We ate outdoors, by choice, and enjoyed the weather, although the music was a little too loud for conversation.

Blanco never disappoints. Casual but well designed space, with great and consistent service. Their Tacos are awesome, margaritas are even better... But the best is their Oaxacan Shandy. Those things taste incredible and will light you up of you're not careful. I was not careful last night, and my head is pounding today... yet still taking the time to leave a 5 star review. Check this place out!
