The old hag I asked for more napkins told me yeah ,and out of two and a half sandwiches she gave me two! No more no less. Like she was trying to get us out. No thanks for coming in no nothing.

I ordered a foot long sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread. I thought the bread was dark but since that is not the bread I usually order I didn't say anything. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich you could smell that it was burnt. The bread was very hard on the ends and crumbled like burnt toast. I called them and spoke to the manager. She said I could come in for a replacement sandwich but I live over 30 miles away. When I told her that she stated that was all she could do, with a very cheerful "sorry about that". There is no way they couldn't know the tray of bread had burned because I'm sure it wasn't only one. Very poor response from the person calling herself the manager.

The bread here is not as soft as the one by the Big 5, they sometimes have a sandwich artist that is super friendly and she makes good sandwiches. I have to really crave subway to go to this one or when everything else is closed
