My family and I are officially taking Saigon Flavor off of or "places to eat list." Sad to say, this place has not been good for months. We did forgive the last two visits and gave benefit of the doubt, but today we say good bye! Next time we will take the long drive into Tucson to enjoy a real meal and good service for the money we pay. Hopefully they won't lose too much business before they realize they need to make it good again.

We came in for a late lunch at 1:45. The waitress must have been in the back talking with the cook. No one greeted us for 10 minutes. No water. Waitress disappeared for another 10 minutes. We were hungry. I had to go looking for the waitress. We ordered. The food came fast. The soup was warm water with a few chunks of cabbage. The food was barely edible. The "chicken" was slimy and tasted like fish. After we choked it down while the waitress rudely tried to teach her child to do addition, the waitress disappeared again. I had to search her out and beg for a check. Save your money. This place is on the skids. When we were there last year and the year before at dinner time, the food and service we're good.

Worst experience ever! What food they actually brought to my table, looked liked yesterday's fast food. Everyone's soup in the restaurant was brought out at the same time! (Yes, I Did NOT say at my table.) I told the non-English speaking person delivering the soup that I didn't get my egg roll. When my waitress brought the egg roll (saying nothing), I decided I needed to give up & go eat somewhere else (which I did). When I went to the counter to pay, I told my waitress that the egg roll wasn't even warm, let alone, hot. She said to not come back. (Surely she didn't actually think I would even think about coming back, did she?) When in America, learn how to give good service,...our way.

Excellent food and service. Great for dine in or take out. I recommend the Thai curry soup. Full of flavor and just the right amount of spice.
