Bits and Pizza gets 4 stars from me. I am a long time customer. I love there Pizza and their Italian subs are really good. I would give them 3 stars if the food wasn’t good. I would give them 5 stars if their service was so terrible. We always plan an extra 15 mins past when then say the food will be done. When you walk in to pick up an order there often will be 5 plus people working in the back and no one will even acknowledge that you are there. I understand there are good employees and bad employees and that can impact the customers experience but please do some training with them and improve your service.

The owner isn't the kindest. I was playing an arcade game and some kids were running around cussing and screaming and he yelled at my. He said "you are here to make me money!" Last time I go there.

Great little restaurant I ordered the pizza was very good nice and fresh and the place has an arcade for the kids and the back of the store holds tournaments for Magic the Gathering Dungeons & Dragons and force of will

Oh boy where to start. They have an arcade, they have a room where you can play and buy boardgames, they seem knives, great pizza (a little greasy but that's ok. Just have napkins ready), hours and hours of entertainment. 9.99999/10 GO. NOW.
