The meal was delicious and service was friendly. The bar was too loud for my mother & grandmother, so they were kind enough to open the main dining room which was closed because of the small crowd size for a Thursday evening. My filet was cooked a perfect medium rare and my mom enjoyed her salmon. Grandma liked the way her shrimp was cooked to go with the grits.

This is a really cool and modern location for such a small town. You can tell a lot of people that are passing through go here. The food was very good, but the burgers were so tall they were a little difficult to eat. The beer prices were extremely reasonable and the atmosphere was great.

Postmasters isn't just a great restaurant when you put it against the backdrop of comparable options in South Arkansas. It is a high quality restaurant that would stand out from the crowd no matter where you put it. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, from the historic Post Office vibes to the service and companionship of the staff and patrons. Pair that with the award winning wine selection and incredible dishes for any and everyone's taste and you have a true gem on your hands. Whether you want the best burger or the best steak around you're in for a treat, and with Chef Tyler's seasonal specials like Jambalaya and King Crab Legs there's always something new to try. Every day favorites like the Creole Pasta and Bread Pudding are also a good bet, so you really can't go wrong. I could go on for days about the awesome staff like Rachel and Letha, the great local artists that come through, or how Emily, the owner, is known to randomly pull up a chair and hang out with you, but really at this point you just need to try it for yourself!

Never had anything here that wasn't delicious! The food, the drinks, the deserts, absolutely everything. The atmosphere is fantastic! It doesn't feel dark, dreary, & stale. Its well lit and the staff is always nice. Definitely a favorite & worth a visit. Especially when the weather is nice on the patio :)
