If you want fast food with personal service the sonic is for you. An air of 1950's drive-in burger joint is present at this location with the lack of a drive-thru. Prices here reflect the cost of keeping a tradition such as this alive. However, between the hours of 2 and 4 pm all drinks are 1/2 priced. This is the perfect time tp roll through and pick yourself up a Route 44 (44 oz) peach sweet tea to accent that hot southern afternoon. Its still just fast food and a bit pricey. There are better places to eat in Searcy, but sonic isnt bad.

Small Coke float and medium chocolate milkshake costs nearly $8.00. You didn't put chocolate in my milkshake. Corporate office made really bad decision taking best flavoring (pineapple) of milkshake off menu. Poorest chocolate shake I ever had, no chocolate added.

My bill came to $10.28. Gave carhop $20. So expected to get $9 back after I told her to keep the coins which would have been .72 cents as a tip. Instead I got $8 back. So she kept $1.72 as tip 😵
