I really like big Jake's BBQ, however our last visit gives pause. My wife and I ordered baked potatoes. They were so cold the butter and sour cream would not melt. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. My sliced beef was warm, not hot. I hate eating cold food, that should be hot. I have never minded their prices, but it seems quality control is slipping. This is not the norm for big Jake's BBQ. I gave them a four based upon past experience, but improvement is needed.

Food is always great here. Service is dependable. Priced a little higher than I think they should be.

Ordered brisket tacos. Very little meat and I asked for some more just to actually fill it out. And the children working there say no. I was like look. They said they don't care they weighed it. Well it had two tortillas and a ton of cheese. Come here at least once a week. Might have to try some different places. Just saying, sad.
