There is nothing wrong with the food. I'd give the food 5/5 stars. However customer service sucks. We ordered a family meal of 30 tenders and they acted like it was a big deal. They didn't give me any dipping sauce, gave me attitude, and forgot my drink. Communists.

I enjoy sitting in an establishment that play Christian music. Also impressed with the scripture on the ticket. I’ll chose your place over the others for this very reason!

Best fast food chicken! Fresh, crispy out on outside, moist and tender in inside. Coleslaw a bit sweet but nice n creamy. Restaurant very clean and staff friendly

Worst chicken in Texarkana. The last two visits I’ve had were awful. It’s like I got the chicken that was at the very bottom of the bucket that was over cooked and hard as a rock. The sad thing about it is that I bought for two people each time and their chicken was just as bad. Not going to Chicken Express anymore. Also, the service of the drive thru employees each time I went was terrible. No friendly greeting, and no “What else can I get for you?” They didn’t even ask if my order was complete, they just proceeded with total like it was the end of the order after I bought one thing. They acted like it was a chore to take your order. I almost had to interrupt in order to let them know I was ordering for multiple people.
