As a new customer of only 2 days...I’m livid. A couple days ago I ordered the chicken tenders and I loved them! I thought "hell yeah ill be back soon"! Today on the other hand... I get there 15 min before lunch is served so I wait in the parking lot. @ 10:30 I hop in line , order a 5 piece chicken tender combo. She told me 3 min wait for the tenders and I said that’s fine, no biggie. Now waiting in drive thru behind the person at the window (almost 20 min).. They get their food and she tells me another minute wait (my thing is, why weren't they already done when I was in line that long? Should've never had another wait when I got to the window) so she has me pull up. Here I am 11:02 still no food... and 3 people passed with theirs. I had to be at work @ 11! I left the house at 10 this morning. I had to call and let them know that I’m still out here. Made me 16 min late for work.

Slow service, hot but sub-flavorful food and dirty floors! Staff has been half attentive and the price definitely doesn't match the quality all the way around. Enter at your own risk. I'm done with this location. Burger King across the street will always take care of you!

Stood at the counter for a documented 11.5 minutes, and decided to shout out to a young man who seemed to be high on french fry grease to get some help... We asked if it was customary to be totally ignored by people standing less than three feet away on a regular basis, or were we the special occasions. We then asked about getting an order then he walked away without responding. At this point people behind us began speaking out about the slow, and disrespectful people who worked there. The little round brown lady wearing red was so foul mouthed, loud and rude to her employees that we decided to go elsewhere. On our way out my wife asked for the name and number of the owner/manager and it took an additional 10 minutes for someone to respond with the stores tel# and no manager name at all! Besides the rude, foul mouthed people and the seemingly wasted minds wandering around, the drink station and other areas were very filthy! Not a place to eat in my book for a hamburger! It's better to go across the street to B.K. where the people actually pay attention, get your food out fast and even speak to you without dumb looks or swearing around your children. 01/21/2018 Visited again to see if changes have been made. Discovered that you have to now clean your own table, as well as the floors being very slick and greasy "Watch Your Step"... The homeless population also lives in there. several homeless folks with feet propped up on tables, sitting around in corners with their luggage in nasty bags. It smelled so bad, and the young man behind the counter who took our order was not friendly at all. The funny thing was, the food was okay. Not a place to go back to after this last visit we decided. It was that nasty!

Absolutely awful. They don't clean their soda machine and somehow it was warm. Tables were gross despite having a lot of down time with no customers. Long wait for simple food order with no one else even getting food so there is no reason to come here unless it's drive through.

Threw away most of our order and what we did eat made us feel sick. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Horrible just horrible, we'll never eat there again.
