At nite they do not answer the phone. I tried calling for 15-20 minutes and no answer. Than showed up there everybody just talking

For the past couple years, this location has always been on their "A Game", and I believe a management change is to credit. I had some bad experiences at this store several years ago, and it seemed that one manager was always there when it happened. Now, every time I go in (several times per month) line staff and management seem to be working very well together, and it shows in the quality of the food. Keep up the good work.

Almost every take out order is missing something but until we get a Bon Chon this is the best fried chicken in town.

Biscuits are great, yet the shrimp is mainly breading and the fish fell apart. Coke was good

I love this store, but they are only fast or efficient when a particular manager or set if crew members are working. I've been in and out of their drive thru in less than a minute, but I've also sat there pulled into a parking spot, for nearly an hour. When did getting an enjoyable experience for your money become a hit or miss situation?
