The drinks were wonderful. The spinach artichoke dip appetizer was very good as well. The salad was fresh and good. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The steak is the reason for the 3 star. The medium rare was more rare, than rare should be. The steak was very very bland. The mushrooms on the side were very juicy and tasty. Just say that the most expensive part was the worst.

Food is great! Love the BBQ Shrimp appetizer. The prime rib was cooked perfectly! Staff is fairly attentive, although some were rude. The downstairs floor was extremely slick/greasy. One of the people in our group fell while we were there.

Food is great, employees are friendly and seem to work hard. I always have good service here. Highly recommend the burgers. I really enjoy the tuna steak as well.

We have get aways often. One of the main reasons we come to Hot Springs is for the BRICK HOUSE GRILL. The people there are the most friendliest. The food is ABSOLUTELY the best. We have been going there for years. The steak is the best ever. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We love it..

Food was excellent. I enjoyed the 6oz filet and mushrooms. I also had a ceasar salad and sampled an onion ring and potato skin from an appetizer. All of the food was very appetizing. Service could be improved, but I think it was more being overwhelmed with our large party than being inattentive. I will definitely return in the future.
